When do you take Mamut C? Well, just a sip every day (two tablespoons) that will wake you up! Supports resistance, and soothing for flu, colds, and (joint) inflammations. A natural antibiotic.
Two tablespoons daily as a starter gives you a vitamin and energy boost. For flu and colds, increase the dose to 2-3 times a day.
